Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, simply follow the procedure below:
- Submit your return request to online@tiressmart.ca with the original receipt and order number.
- Once approved, a RGA form will be sent to your email.
- Drop off the products at our local facility and provide the RGA form to Tires Smart staff OR
Print and attach the shipping label and place the RGA form inside the box or attach it to the products. - After the product has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, or a replacement product will be shipped.
Return Conditions
Wheels:
- Custom wheels are final sale.
- Wheels must not have been mounted.
Tires:
- Specialty tires are final sale (e.g., Full Slick Race Tire, Special Equipment Solid Tire, etc.).
- Tires must not be mounted or driven on.
Wheels and Tires Package: Final sale.
Restocking Fee
Damaged, defective, and products that fall under our Guarantee Fitment policy will be refunded or exchanged at no additional cost.
For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges incurred. A restocking fee applies as follows:
- Wheels: 20% restocking fee
- Tires: 20% restocking fee
Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned product, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 2–3 business days.
Please note: it may take 5–7 days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
